Complimentary breakfast and dinner were good, and the staff was nice and attentive. Very convenient location with easy access to the beach and public transportation. the room was comfortable, and I liked the view from the balcony.

The smell of sewage was unbearable, especially during the New Year's Eve party when we had to use the bathroom frequently. the noise from the nearby street was too loud, and the party noises from other guests kept us up all night.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel that exuded a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The renovated old villa in a quiet residential area near the beach made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a modern bathroom with refillable toiletries. The hotel owners' hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional - from fresh flowers in the room to yummy breakfast to free bicycles to explore the neighborhood. The lovely common room and cafe were icing on the cake.

The hotel's restaurant was only open for lunch and afternoon tea.

Boutique hotel with old world charm, good location, spacious rooms, and excellent staff. No complaints.
